- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a State Farm customer for 15 years, my parents even longer than that. Over the last few years I've had changes in policies and somehow things do not get taken care of right. They have told me different things every time I call, and nothing is ever consistent, accurate, or true. Not to mention, the way they have treated me is rude and unprofessional. As a single parent and health care professional I value honesty, courtesy, and good customer service. You will not get that here, unfortunately.February 01, 2017by Casie G
